and can i talk about a freak out moment. savanna has been seeming to be more aware of her body lately and so we've pulled out the little potty. i was getting the kids ready to take a shower and had savanna sit on the potty and while i was talking to carter.......... she totally went potty! i freaked out and yelled for bren to come share the enjoyment! i'm sure she's not getting potty trained any time soon, but hey it's a step in the right direction! way to go savvy!

And WHOA on Savvy. You're right...a move in the right direction! Everyone tells me the second kid catches on a lot quicker. I'm still waiting for the first one... :)
The best part about Savanna going potty is that as we all stood around looking into the potty at her pee she dipped her finger in it and put it in her mouth before we could do anything to stop her. First time going pee and first time tasting it. We couldn't be any more proud. We love you Savanna!
I love how Savanna looks like such a serious pirate. Way to go on using the potty. Kate has been pretty into using the potty but she is selective about it. Here's to hoping they get it before their cute big brothers!
