weekend in rancho!

brennan had his BIG chiropractic exam this past weekend the 18 & 19th, so i decided to take the kids up to rancho to kinda give bren some room to study, take a nap, etc. friday night me, savanna, carter, adri, laura, ava, camille and jeremy went to wahoos for dinner (yum yum), and then later that night we got the good ole 100% discount at golden spoon (thanks to my pops). it was a good night minus waking up at 3 and 5:30 and then up again at 7:30 for carter. he has actually figured out how to climb out of his crib and pack n play in the last week, so he was out of bed and down the stairs by the time i got up (which was in a minute of me hearing him). so needless to say kinda bummed he can get out whenever he wants now. oh well, i guess a big boy bed is coming sooner rather than later! ok enough of that story, so on sat morning i went over to the sumans to see a fun party in the works. it was jeremy's 5th bday in april and they had their big friend party (spongebob square pants theme) on the 19th. camille and everyone who helped did an excellent job. there was an awesome snack bar, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, a jump house, food etc. needless to say way over the top! i told her she's got to plan my kids bday parties! the kids all seemed to have a blast and jeremy seemed to be on cloud 9!

this pic is the best. i was talking to cindy, mere, and dana to say "cheese" and all the kids turned around too. it was so cute! carter's first cotton candy. he didn't quit know how to eat it, so it mostly ended up on his shirt. hope the stains come out!
