an afternoon at the beach

so sunday's can be extra long with church at 8am and out at 11am. after a battle of naps (carter didn't want to stay in his crib), we decided to go to the beach. the other night when i was driving home from rancho i was listening to a robin thicke song called "wanna love you girl" and i was singing to it, i noticed carter was singing along too. it was soooo freakin cute. i decided to try to do a reinactment of the other night. you can hear me better than him, but you get the idea. i filmed it on our drive to the beach. we always love driving down main street and looking at all the cute houses. anyway, when we got down there it was pretty crowded because there was some duck-a-thon going on (whatever that is). the water looked super brown that bren thought they put coloring in it. i think it was just nasty for some reason. it was still fun to be down there and see the surfers and all the people on the pier. we had our big dog stroller and i think almost everyone took a double take! fun times at the beach.
