my baby boy is 5!

carter turned 5 on the 10th of march! seems like just yesterday i became a first time mom. coming home from the hospital driving down pch and bringin our first little biscuit home. and now here he is almost ready to start kindergarten and making me realize how fast the time is going by. tear. anyway, we had a party planned for the 25th, so we kept it low key w/ cupcakes at the park and then sweet tomatoes for dinner (carter's fav spot). good times w/ friends during the day and fam at night. i'm so grateful for carter and for his personality. he is a question man. he wants to know details of everything from the stranger i say hieee to, to what does he have today (his schedule). he loves all superhero's (his soccer team name). he loves his pre school teacher, mrs. stacey. i think gavin is his biggest fan. he can make him smile like no one else can. carter i love you more than you will ever know and even though my patience may be thin at times, you are so awesome and i LOVE you! always know that! happy 5th bday!
