we love you granner.....

today is a bittersweet day. patricia boswell passed away quietly and peacefully in the hospital holding karen's hand earlier this morning. my dad called me to give me the news. it's something you never want to hear, but after 81 years it was her time to go. i have known granner forever! before my dad and karen got married i knew her thru the sumans and the gibbs and would call her granner because that's just what you did! she was everyone's grandma. she has always made me feel loved and when my dad and karen got married even more so! she has always signed her bday cards or whatever w/ love you always and forever. i just think that is so sweet. she has left a great legacy behind her! over 70 people in her posterity and people who love her more than she could know! so today has been filled w/ tears of sadness and happiness. sadness because it's always hard to loose someone you love and care about and happiness because now she is back w/ the LOVE of her life howard boswell who passed away almost 25 years ago! i'm sooo happy that our family is eternal and that we can be w/ eachother again. granner we love you and you will be missed!
