first rice cereal

savanna turned 5 months old on the 23rd, so to celebrate we gave her rice cereal! she actually was spitting it out more than taking it in, but she's starting to get the hang of it now. i also, took the clippers and tried to blend her mullet better w/ the rest of her hair and got a little carried away and shaved her neck line! what was i thinking, but it will grow back, right? she is starting to cut her first tooth and finally starting to sleep thru the night on a regular basis! cross your fingers she stays that way. anyway, when we were still in cali she had a last dr. appt w/ chang (we will really miss her great advice). she is weighing in at 14lbs 7oz and is 25 1/4 inches long. she's in the 50% for her weight, 75% for her height, and 90% for her head (i guess our kids have big brains or something). we seriously love her soooo much it's crzy! i think i kiss her all day long! she loves everything about carter and watches him intently all the time. she is rolling every second, so it's hard to change her diaper. she hasn't fallen off anything yet though. phew! she is growing out of her cradle, so we are gonna get a crib this week and then i'll post pics of her freakin CUTE room.
